Some of the art in my shop I have purchased the commercial license for, but some I have made. I can do custom phrases and simple designs, or print the same design on a different product. It really depends on the complexity of the design you are wanting. I reserve the right to list any designs in my shop for sale.

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Returns or refunds due to you selecting the wrong size, or entering the wrong address are not accepted. These are not my fault or responsibility. I will also not accept returns for no reason other but you changed your mind or did not read the processing time. One an order is placed, it can NOT be cancelled becuase it is automatically sent to the printing warehouse.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees, this is the BUYERS responsibility.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If we were given an incorrect address, this is not our responsibility.

No, unfortunately I can't. There is a "safe printing area" on each article of clothing that I can print in, and I normally make every design as large as possible within the safe printing zone.

All articles of clothing are pre-shrunk, so you should not have to worry about putting them in the dryer. I believe sizing runs true to size. I recommend washing your clothing before wearing, because they tend to smell like the printing warehouse. They are all sublimation printed, which is the longest lasting and best quality printing in my experience. I do recommend washing inside-out though, just to be safe! Always wash with like colors, because Gildan shirts seem to be quite pigmented. Feel free to message with any questions!
